Hi! I’m Stephanie, a certified Physician Assistant with a passion for aesthetics. I started my career in neurology, providing Botox treatments for migraine relief, and found that I truly loved the artistry and hands-on connection that comes with injectable treatments. That experience inspired me to transition into aesthetics, where my goal is to create natural-looking results that help you feel confident and refreshed!

Steph Malik is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience, specializing in anti-aging, integrative medicine aesthetics, hormone therapy, and metabolic health. She combines advanced clinical training with an artistic approach to deliver natural, personalized results that enhance each client’s unique features while also addressing the root causes of aging and disease through holistic care. With a strong background in biochemistry and nursing, she is dedicated to precision, patient-centered care and enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors when not treating patients.

Maria Sturdivant is a Certified Physician Assistant born and raised in Erie, PA, where she
completed her Bachelor’s degree from Gannon University. Then moved down to Florida to complete a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies—and now, she’s happily made the Sunshine State a permanent home.

Cindy’s passion for skincare shows in everything she does. As both a licensed esthetician and Clearwater’s manager, she brings passion, knowledge, and a warm approach to guiding clients through their aesthetic journey.

Kim Schlosberg is an experienced and dedicated certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic and medical treatments. With a strong foundation in medical sciences, she earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Medical Science degrees with honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2006. Her career began in vascular surgery, where she gained valuable experience in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care.

Transitioning into the aesthetic medical field in 2008, Kim spent over 16 years at Ideal Image Medical Spa, where she became a leader in aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, cryolipolysis, focused ultrasound, IPL, and laser procedures. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, she took on the role of Medical Preceptor, training and mentoring new treatment providers to ensure safety, compliance, and excellence in aesthetic medicine.

Kim is highly skilled in team leadership, quality assurance, and administrative management, overseeing provider schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Her ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and foster strong relationships within her team has made her an invaluable asset in every role she has undertaken.

Passionate about ongoing education and professional development, Kim continuously refines her skills to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetic industry. Her dedication to patient satisfaction, provider mentorship, and operational excellence has solidified her reputation as a leader in the field.

Kelsey received her Master’s degree in nursing from The University of Tampa and is a certified Family
Nurse Practitioner. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida State University. Kelsey is
originally from Sarasota, Florida and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2014. She has nearly a decade
of clinical nursing experience in the fields of oncology and dermatology and has always been passionate
about skin health and aesthetics.
Kelsey loves learning about aesthetic advancements and enjoys educating her clients as a way to
improve overall outcomes. She has a warm, calming demeanor, with a keen eye for detail. Kelsey will
address all of your concerns to develop a customizable treatment plan to help you achieve your
aesthetic goals. She is ready to help you lead with confidence and believes everyone deserves to look
and feel their best!
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and
hanging with her dog, Buddy.

Kirsten obtained her doctorate degree as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has experience working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit as well as the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and most recently works as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care. Kirsten developed a passion for aesthetics and dermatology in 2020. She then decided to further her education and is now trained in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Kirsten has a passion for enhancing natural beauty. Kirsten believes aesthetic medicine is an art and that communication and close attention to detail are both key components to achieving optimal results. In Kirsten’s free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter. She also loves nature, traveling, photography and music.

Emma is a Licensed Esthetician and native Floridian with a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. She combines advanced skincare knowledge with a calming, restorative touch to create treatments that are both effective and relaxing.

Her focus is on preventative skincare, corrective treatments, and creating personalized plans based on each client’s unique skin concerns and goals. From luxury facials and microneedling to chemical peels and Venus Legacy skin tightening, Emma takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every treatment.

A Florida native and Licensed Esthetician since 2022, Barbara is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin. She specializes in advanced corrective skincare, collagen stimulation, and medical-grade treatments, taking a personalized approach to every treatment plan.

His career started in Illinois and extended for 18 years in the fitness industry. Subsequent to that he moved to Cape Coral and built waterfront homes. He started Venus Med Spa in June 2009.

With a strong background in management , sales, and marketing, his goal is to continue to make Venus an industry leader which has been the case since 2012. His emphasize on staff development and client relationships set Venus apart from the rest. He prides himself on being able to give clients the best experience, price, and quality while still making it convenient.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kelly moved to the Sarasota area in 2021 to be closer to family. Her undergraduate education was completed at Daemen College in Amherst, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing at Daemen college and post Master’s in Family Medicine at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY. She am board certified through the ANCC and my experience stems from the emergency department where I practiced for over 20 years.

Kelly is excited to be part of the Venus family to help clients achieve their goals. Knowing that feeling confident on the outside gives people an overall sense of well-being.

Kelly is married with 4 grown children who live in NY, Chicago, and Honolulu.
